MMmmmm…Cheesecake with Cherries on Top

My best friend loves my cheesecake. Actually, it’s my mama’s recipe.  It is really really good.  So good, in fact, this was it before:

and this was it 10 minutes later (really):

But it’s so easy to make

 

1 Cream cheese

1 can of Eagle brand condensed milk

1 tbl spoon of lemon juice

 

mix with a mixer and pour it into a gram cracker crust bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.  Let chill in fridge for an hour then pour cherries on top! You will be a superstar with this cheese cake!  SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!
